ATUN NICKEL TABLETS

Usage and Advantages: The use of Safe Nickel in hot dip galvanizing coating processes has been determined between 0.04% - 0.09%. The ideal usage rate is 0.05%.

ATUN Nickel Tablet saves up to 15% zinc.

Powder nickel, which is obtained as a result of a special process, provides a better burning and minimizes nickel tablet consumption thanks to the new generation production technology and a special process.

When the Nickel amount of the molten zinc bath is set to 0.05%, it prevents the effect of Silicon and Phosphorus on the coating thickness and provides a coating thickness appropriate to the standard.

A glossy and smooth coating surface is obtained.

Nickel usage gives a positive result for the control of the coating thickness and obtaining a better surface in contract materials with unknown steel composition, possibly composed of different steels.

Increases bath flow. Minimizes local coating differences. Provides a homogeneous appearance.

Does not require labor, is simple and fast for use.

Usage and Concentration:

1 Application temperature is 430-600 °C

2 Adding 3 Nickel Tablets to 1000 kg Zinc addition

3 After adding Nickel Tablet, wait min. for 1 hour for its mixing. The

application is recommended to be done after shift.

Packaging:Cardboard box - 30 Nickel Tablets (16.5 kg)

Storage: It should be stored indoors (up to max. 50 °C) protected from direct sunlight and rain.
