ATUN NICKEL TABLETS

Application and Advantages: The use of Nickel in hot-dip galvanizing processes has been determined to range between 0.045% and 0.07%, with an ideal dosage of 0.05%.

➢ ATUN Nickel Tablet provides up to 15% zinc savings.

➢ Thanks to its advanced production technology and a special process using finely powdered nickel, it ensures better dissolution and minimizes nickel tablet consumption.

➢ When the nickel content of the molten zinc bath is adjusted to 0.05%, it prevents the influence of silicon and phosphorus on coating thickness, helping achieve a standard-compliant coating.

➢ A bright and smooth coating surface is obtained.

➢ The use of nickel is particularly effective in jobbing galvanizing where different steel compositions are processed together and the steel quality is unknown, enabling coating thickness control and enhanced surface quality.

➢ It improves bath fluidity, reduces local coating variations, and ensures a homogeneous appearance.

➢ It requires no labor, and the application is simple and quick.

KULLANIM TALİMATI VE DOZAJ

1. Minimum uygulama sıcaklığı: 430 °C

2. Her 1000 kg çinko ilavesine karşılık 3 adet nikel tableti eklenmelidir.

3. Ekledikten sonra iyice karışması için en az 1 saat bekleyin.

DEPOLAMAK

Ürün, kapalı bir alanda, (50 °C'yi aşmayan sıcaklıkta), doğrudan güneş ışığı ve yağmurdan korunarak saklanmalıdır.

AMBALAJLAMA

Karton kutu – 30 adet nikel tablet ( toplam 16,5 kg )
